Marty Supreme Jackets strives to deliver high-quality, genuine leather products. However, cases may happen where clients request a return or exchange. In that scenario, the following policy governs our process for product return or exchange. Before commencing with the service, all clients are requested to agree to the following policy. If the clients do not agree with any of the clauses of the policy, they shall refrain from using the website and services of Marty Supreme Jackets.
Return Eligibility
All returns or exchanges are only possible if:
- The product is unworn, undamaged, or unused. It must be in its original condition, complete with the original packaging, tags and labels.
- Clients request an exchange or return within 15 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt and order confirmation, must be provided for the request to be considered.
Return Conditions
The service only accepts the return request if the delivered product meets any of the following conditions:
- It is different from what the client has ordered.
- It is damaged and not in condition to be worn.
- Different sizes or fittings are delivered to the client, unlike what they ordered.
If the customer wants a refund within 1 to 2 days after placing the order, then they will get the complete amount of the order. But if the customer applies for the refund after 2 days, then only 50% of the amount of the order will be returned.
Return Procedure
In case the product fulfils the conditions for the return or exchange, reach out to us at our given contact information within a maximum of 15 days post-delivery.
Elaborate on the reasons for the return with proof and confirm whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Our team will provide you with the return address based on your location and will instruct you regarding the return process
Once we receive the product back, we will assess it and consider your request for the exchange or return.
International Returns
- Clients are responsible for all the shipping costs, taxes and duties for international returns.
- It is advised to clearly mark the package as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs charges.
- In case the product is lost during the return transit, the service will not be responsible. We advise using a tracked service.
Exchanges
In case the size or fit is inaccurate, we offer a product exchange. (subject to the availability of the desired size or fit)
The client is responsible for the costs involved in the return transit of the rejected product and in the delivery of the product offered as a replacement.
Additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.
Product Exchange Timeline
Once we receive the product intended for the exchange from the client, the client has to wait for 3 to 5 business days for our response. Our team will assess the condition of the product first and then finalise the decision for exchange. It will take at least 2 to 3 weeks to send back the replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the client’s original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was faulty or in error.
Non-returnable\ Non-exchangeable Products
We do not offer a refund, return or exchange if:
- The item is customised or personalised.
- The product has signs of wear, damage or modification.
- The claim is submitted after 15 days of the delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please get in touch with our team within 48 hours of delivery. The service will cover the return shipping costs and will replace the product with the correct one.
Service Rights
The Marty Supreme Jackets reserves the full right to refuse any request for refund, return or exchange as it sees fit. All requests or claims should be submitted with clear and strong proof from the client’s end. We do not accept requests for generic reasons.
Amendments
The service reserves the right to amend or change this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to visit the page frequently and be informed.
